OBC needed us to develop an optional product as part of its robust ERP product base. Prior to our work, the HR system’s for performance appraisals was not automated. The project management is outlined via showcasing the resource management at each stage of the project using the Waterfall Model for ADM specifically chosen to suite the project size which requirement maintenance and 100+ resources.
